Fear is unavoidable. It’s a natural response to get your body and mind moving. So while conditions like anxiety may warp it into something less healthy, fear itself can be useful.
Trust that your fear is telling you something productive. It’s alerting you to a moment ripe with the possibility to enact change.
It takes time to do anything worth doing. So be kind to yourself by taking that first step, no matter how scary it may be. The next won’t feel quite as hard, and tomorrow-you will thank you for it.
