I think in terms of the day’s resolutions, not the years’.
— Henry Moore
Resolutions can be great. They remind us of our goals in life, keep us on track, and get us off our butts to do things that are long overdue.
But focusing on just one a year can lead to stagnation. And a lot of us inevitably end up not following through anyway, which in part could be blamed on a lack of accountability.
Whereas if we have smaller, more easily approachable goals occurring more often, we give ourselves a framework of accountability that can keep us on track and more primed for larger success.
