It’s okay if all you did today was survive.
It’s okay to fall behind on a goal. It’s okay to not accomplish much of anything on a given day. Its okay to forget to do that thing you meant to do. It’s okay that you don’t feel like doing anything.
It’s okay to not be okay.
One poor day isn’t going to ruin your best habits. One mistake won’t throw you off course. One miss doesn’t nullify all the times you hit. One bad feeling can’t overpower all your good memories.
What matters is getting through. And if all you can do is just push through an experience and get to the other side, then that’s a win. Afterwards you can then approach each new day as a fresh opportunity. When you can see that you will pull through and be okay after all.
